She was born July 3, 1931 in Oakland, California to the late Robert & Elaine Pheferal Bruning. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons Leo and Paul Anderson. Survivors include husband of 61 years Robert R. Anderson Jr.; children, Robert & wife Rebecca R. Anderson III of Russellville; John & wife Lilliana Anderson of Tracy, CA.; Anita Anderson of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; brother Leo Bruning of Dublin CA.; sister, Kate Enos of Lincoln, CA.; 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
