Alfred Wayne "Pappy" McGowan age 66 of Danville died Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. He was born June 14, 1952 at Tulare, California to the late William Henry and Lula Mae Lott McGowan. He was a mountain man, he loved the outdoors and fishing. He was preceded in death by his Parents; his son, David Wayne McGowan and one sister, Kathy Hillard.

Survivors include two children, Lisa Freeman (Billy), John McGowan (Macie); three sisters, Debra McGowan (Felipe), Barbara McGowan (Rick), Mary Horn (John); two brothers, David A. McGowan (Heather), Victor McGowan; eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
