Allen Phillips age 47 of Kingston passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan, Illinois.

He was born August 6, 1969 in Russellville to the late Thomas Allen & Barbara Ann Miller Phillips Sr. He was a journeyman wireman electrician and a member of IBEW 700 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Fort Smith, AR.

He is preceded in death by his parents, twin brother and sister, Timmy and Tammy Phillips.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Phillips; children, Matthew & Brittani Phillips of Benton; Jamie Taff of Plainview; Phia Johnson of Booneville; sister, Tommy & Kenneth Ryan of Carter Cove; brother, Todd & Jamie Lea Phillips; grandchildren, Natalie, Alix, Bayle, Lucas, Gunner, Hunner and Lexie; and a host of nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Friday, July 28, 2017 at Plainview First Baptist Church. Visitation will be 1 to 2 pm before service at church.
