Andrew Payton Pemberton Sr., age 48 of Paris, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. He was born February 5, 1977 in Russellville, Arkansas to Garry Ray Pemberton and Mary Ruth Foster. Andrew was preceded in death by his brother, Matthew Richardson.

Survivors include his wife, Billie Sue Pemberton; mother, Mary Cauthern (Calvin); father, Garry Richardson; two children, Andrew Payton Pemberton Jr. (Gabby), Peyton Lynn Pemberton; two sisters, Brandi Richardson, Erin Wood; one brother, Jason Richardson and five grandchildren, Matthew, Phoenyx, Finley, Conor and Aiden.

Family conducted memorial service will be held at 11:00A.M., Thursday, December 11, 2025 at the Delaware Fire Station.
