Angela Lee Hawkins age 52 of Plainview passed away Friday, November 28, 2014 at her home. She was born January 18 1962 in Hot Springs, AR. to B. L. & Audra Lee Smith Crawford Jr. Angela was a member of Valley Home Missionary Baptist Church and a Home Health Nurses Aide for Chambers Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her father, B.L. Crawford Jr; and niece, Lindsay Haney. Survivors include her mother, Audra Smith Crawford; son, Robert Nichols of Plainview; siblings, Sam Crawford of Tyler, Texas; Tammy Grisham of Hollis; Lancy Crawford of Plainview; Karen Haney of Broken Arrow, OK; Amanda Boutzale of Mt Pine; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
