Anthony Lynn "Tony" Moats age 66 of Danville passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at his home.

Tony was born February 28, 1959 in Danville, Arkansas to Albert Anthony & Ruth Rebecca Green Moats.

Family was very important to Tony, his soulmate Dolores, his two precious daughters, Tiffany and Misty and especially Papa T to R.J. and Mason.

He loved the Razorbacks, fishing, hunting and playing poker with his friends. Tony was a avid Razorback fan, the family has asked everyone to wear a Razorback shirt or t-shirt.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Becky Moats and father-in-law, Deanie Woodard.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Dolores Moats; father, Albert Moats; daughters, Tiffany May and Misty Moats; brothers, Wayne & Tianna Moats and Mike & Melinna Moats; sister, Angie & Chuck Thomas; grandsons, R.J. and Mason Reynolds; mother-in-law, Betty Woodard; and several nieces, nephews and other family members.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am Thursday, August 7, 2025 at the Danville First Baptist Church. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Wednesday, August 6, at the Danville Cornwell Funeral Home. Burial will be at Earl Ladd Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Paul Smallwood, Paul Wilkins, Mike Moats, Michael Moats, Wayne Moats and Al Moats.

Honorary pallbearers include Anthony Moats, Matthew Moats, Logan Thomas, Chuck Thomas, Mike Prock, Lawson Wilkins, and Gunner Wilkins
