Arlene Shirley McWilliams age 85 of Dover passed away Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. She was born October 16, 1934 at Chicago, IL to the late Henry and Olive Bulz Ribbke. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, J.D. McWilliams.

Survivors include her children, Shirley Brashears (William), Ola McGuire; four grandchildren, Dawn, Christopher, Korey, Krista and six great grandchildren, Kendall, Parker, Jayden, Justus, Alexis and Krista.
