Arminta Lou Winner, age 99 of Delaware passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Willow Grove of Maumelle. She was born February 6, 1926, in Harrison, Arkansas to Lewer O. and Eva N B Seamon Wilhelm. She is retired from the State of California, where she was the first female on the Highway Patrol at a government level and then transferred to Adult Education. Arminta served on the Chamber of commerce in Dardanelle, Arkansas. She was a member of Eastern Star and Daughter of the Nile. She was a loving person who gave herself to others in her volunteer work at St. Mary's Regional Hospital and service to teaching children how to read. She loved art, going to Bunco parties, and playing Canasta and Bingo on Fridays. She was preceded in death by her husband William E. Winner, two daughters Cheryl L. Altemus and Linda S. Lewis.

Survivors include her Son, Stephen L. Winner and wife, Kathy of Rogers; five grandchildren, Kimberly E. Snowden of California, Joseph Snowden and wife Tina of California, Stephanie J. Marcussen and Husband Greg, Sheila

L. Winner, Samantha L. McDonald and Husband Corey, all of Rogers, six greatgrandchildren, Travis J. Snowden and wife Katlyn and Zachary W. Wagner Snowden both of California; Morgan Marcussen, Maverick Marcussen, Isabella King, Pepper King all of Rogers, Special Son in law Charles W. Altemus of California, son in law John Lewis of Delaware, son in law Keith King of Rogers and many nieces and nephews, and many friends and relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Connect Church with Pastor Blaine Rogers officiating.
