Arnold Wayne Judkins age 68 of Atkins died Monday, May 27, 2019 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. He was born March 30, 1951 at Flint, Michigan to the late Boyce and Norma Hass Judkins. He loved to draw, paint, going to the beach and being outdoors and he also loved his dog, Tia and his cat, Bubba.

Survivors include two children, Dustin Judkins, Johny Judkins; three brothers; two sisters and grandchildren.
