Arthur Dwayne "Bo" Brixey, age 86 of Bryants Cove, passed away, Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at his home. He was born August 13, 1937 in Bryants Cove, Arkansas to the late Arthur Brixey and Faye Robinson Brixey. He was a cattle farmer, he loved gardening and worked at Arkansas Kraft for 36 years. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Shawn Brixey and one sister, Erma Lou Brixey Henson.

Survivors include his wife, Viva Cody Brixey of Bryants Cove; one daughter, Shannon Adkison (Mark) of Mount Juliet, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Morgan Belcher (Ryan), Sam Bly, Hallie Brixey, Blake Brixey and five great grandchildren, Lily Belcher, Hayden Brixey, Emberlyn Grace Bly, Lexie Mills and Shawn Henry Mills.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30P.M., Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Bryants Cove Cemetery with Pastor Kirk McConnell and Paul Brixey officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be A.B. Hundley, Bill Ward, Johnny Ellis, Ewell Cody, Dwight Robertson and Kenny Brixey.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jim Selvey, Chris Mans, Herby Ault and Chris Ault.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
