Audrey "Fern" Smith age 89 of Wagoner, Oklahoma passed away Friday, June 6, 2025 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Fern was born November 4, 1935 in Waveland, Arkansas to the late James Taylor & Clara Ann Biggs Shott. She was a member of the Havana First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by husband, Paul Dean Smith; parents; sons. Mike Smith and Rocky Smith; grandsons, Caleb Smith, Joel Smith and Austin Bulwin; sister, Chloe Ward and her husband Charlie Ward; brothers-in-law, Doyle Barrick; Deward & and his wife Sue Smith, and Donald Smith

Survivors include her daughter, Patti & Robert Kitch; sister, Melba Barrick; brother, Jim & Betty Shott; daughter-in-law, Jeannie Smith; granddaughter-in-law, Coral Smith; grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Oliver Smith, Mike Massey, Levi & Desi Smith, Shane & Paige Robertson, Misty & Brandon Harris; great-grandchildren, Lily Harris, Hannah Smith and Rhodes Smith and sister-in-law, Joyce Smith.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at the Havana First Baptist Church in Havana with Rev. Jeff Smith officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday, June 10, at Cornwell Funeral Home in Danville. Burial will be at Havana Cemetery.

Pallbearers include, Robert Kitch, Brandon Harris, Jacob Smith, Randy Barrick, Keith Smith and David Smith.

Honorary pallbearers include Shane Robertson, Oliver Smith and Levi Smith.
