Barbara Jean Bell age 87 of Danville passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Russellville Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born September 19, 1934 in Havana, Arkansas to the late Burl Oates and Lois Payne Oates. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Patricia Morrison, Buddy Oates, Burline Carter, Dale Oates and James Oates.

Survivors include her daughter, Rhonda Jean Stewart and husband Bill of Russellville; granddaughter, Autumn Jean Stewart Bowden and husband Ryan of Russellville; sisters, Virginia Pierce of Conway, Lynda Gillespie of Delaware, Pauline Fischer of Hamburg and several nephews and nieces.

Graveside services will be held at noon on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Havana Cemetery.
