Barbara Lynn Howard age 71 of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at Johnson County Health and Rehab Center. She was born February 1, 1953 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to the late Robert Collins and Laverne Graves Collins. She loved taking care of her dog Sugar, her plants, and spending time with her grandkids. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth Howard and her son, Frankie Stover.

Survivors include two children, Carrie Alexander (Warren), Stacey Richardson (Derick); one sister, Patricia Tillery; three brothers, Mike Collins (Susie), Terry Collins (Barbara), Tim Collins (Jamie); three grandchildren, Shyann King, Wyatt Hampton, Mason Richardson; one great granddaughter, Allie King and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
