Barbara Sue Milligan age 67 of Havana passed away Tuesday, January 29. 2019 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville.

She was born May 12, 1951 in Tillar, Arkansas to the late Otha Henry & Laura Cates Hill. She was retired from Wayne Farms.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ray Hill; brother-in-law, Larry Mitchell.

Survivors include her husband Charles Milligan; daughter & son-in-law, Suzy & Shawn Weldon of Clarksville; sisters, Carolyn & James Jackson of Harkey Valley; Lola Mitchell of Havana; Shirley & Roy Richardson of Fulton; Julie & Kenny Billingsley of Gravelly: brothers, Henry Hill of Danville; Harold & Jewel Hill of Belleville; Lester & Teresa Hill of Russellville; sister-in-law, Jolene of Texas; grandchildren, Jeffery, Bradyn and Brooke Ford of Clarksville and Belleville; Blayne Ford of Belleville; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Graveside service will be at 10 am, Saturday, February 2, 2019 at New Hope Cemetery in Dardanelle with Brother Terry Latham officiating. Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Friday, February 1, at the Dardanelle Funeral Home.

Pallbearers include Jeffery Ford, Bradyn Ford, Shawn Weldon, Lester Hill, Joe Mitchell and Corey Billingsley.
