Bartley M. Bell age 89 of Danville passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Arkansas Hospice in Russellville.

Bartley was born September 12, 1931 in Delaware Arkansas to the late Wesley M. & Dena Mae Parsons Bell. He was an Airforce Veteran and he was retired from Yell County Telephone Company.

He was preceded in death by his wife Anna Jean Noblett Bell; parents; step-daughter, Sandy Hancock; sister, Wynema Bell Doster.

Survivors include his daughter & son-in-law, Rhonda Jean & Bill Stewart; granddaughter, Autumn Jean Stewart Bowden and husband Ryan all of Russellville; step-grandchildren, Madison & Bentley Hancock; step-great-grandson, Cillian Cade Cullinan; sister, Deanna Campos of Danville; nieces, Charlette Daniels of Havana; Darlette Ellis of Little Rock; Sandra Garner of Russellville and nephew, Chuck Doster of Oklahoma.

Graveside service will be 1:00 pm Sunday, December, 13, 2020 at Earl Ladd Cemetery with Lynn Garner officiating.
