Betty A. "Cookie" Grigsby age 83 of Russellville, passed away Monday, November 17, 2025 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born November 12, 1942 in North New Hope, Arkansas to the late Arthur Nelson and Jewel Lewis Nelson. Betty attended the Full Gospel Outreach Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bobby L. Grigsby and two brothers, Bob Nelson and Arnold Nelson.

Survivors include four children, Bobby and Dana Grigsby, Patricia and Dusty Teague, Ronny and Jeannie Grigsby, Roger and T.J. Grigsby; thirteen grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, November 22, 2025 at the Damascus Assembly of God Church, 202 Damascus Road, Russellville, AR 72801, with Bro. Robert Heflin officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. prior to the service at the church.
