Betty Jo Garner age 85 of Dardanelle passed away Sunday, December 20, 2015 at Mitchells Nursing Home in Danville.

Betty was born August 4, 1930 in Blue Ball Arkansas to the late Lonnie & Allie McCubbins Hunt. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Hershel Hunt; sister-in-law, Bobbie Hunt; brother-in-law Rube Williams; grandson, Zachary Garner.

Survivors include her husband of 70 years, Monroe Garner; daughter, Joyce (Robert) Evans of Bluffton; sons, Larry Garner of Ranger; James (Brenda) Garner of Dardanelle; Rex (Theresa) Garner of Mablevale; Mitch (Evelyn) Garner of Springfield; and 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren;

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at the Danville Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricky Hunt officiating. Burial will be at Earl Ladd Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 22 at the chapel.

Pallbearers include Larry Garner, James (Bo) Garner, Rex Garner, Mitch Garner, David Garner, Todd Garner, Brandon Garner, Seth Garner.
