Betty Sue Hutchins-Wesley, age 83 of Atkins, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Atkins Nursing Center. She was born November 6, 1938 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Gorge W. Bratton and Ider Kelley Bratton. She loved crocheting and she loved her grandkids dearly. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband of 36 years, Francis Hutchins; her second husband, Frank Wesley; one son, Joseph Hutchins; five sisters, Ruby Hutcherson, Ruth Prochazka, Retha Griest, Rata Sponel, Reba Guynes and an infant brother.

Survivors include her two children, Larry Hutchins (Pauline) of Dardanelle, Patty Freeman (Dale) of Dover; two grandchildren, Michael Hutchins (Deanette), Amanda Simpson (Danny); eight great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, July 2, 2022 at the Dardanelle Assembly of God Church with Terry DuVall officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle. Burial will be private in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Dardanelle.
