Betty M. Lowery of Havana, passed away February 6, 2019. She was born February 12, 1940 in Booneville, Arkansas to Benjamin Harrison and Ona Reed Springer. Betty was a member of the New Life Outreach Church in Danville, Arkansas. Betty is preceded in death by her parents; husband Wyatt C. Lowery; four brothers, Jim, Gerald, John, Ralph and two sisters, Mary Bernard and Fern Springer.

Survivors include two brothers Ben (Marilyn) Springer and Tommy (Nancy) Springer; two children, Ona (Greg) Ginger of Las Cruces, NM and Andrew (Polly) Lowery of Melissa, Texas; five grandchildren, Courtney (Rick) Stevens, Meagan and Clay Ginger, Luke and Logan Lowery.

She was a founding member of the Believers Quartet where her and the rest of the singing group toured the United States sharing God's message through music and praise. Betty lived almost her entire adult life on the family farm in Waveland, AR. Soon after her husband passed away she moved to Melissa, Texas to be near her kids and grandkids. Betty was a singer, a musician and loved to share God's word. She lived her life by serving God through music and ministry. Betty was a great cook who loved cooking for her family, friends and neighbors. She had an incredible sense of humor, never met a stranger and was one of the kindest, loving persons you could have ever known. She will be missed tremendously by all.

Memorial services will be held 10:30A.M., Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the New Life Outreach Church in Danville, AR.  Burial will be in Moores Chapel Cemetery in Waveland, AR.
