Betty Rae Darter Morris age 85 of Dardanelle died Thursday, November 23, 2017 at her home. She was born September 9, 1932 at Ozark, Arkansas to the late Roy Darter Sr. and Sybil Howard Darter. She worked hard all her life and always put others needs above her own. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one great granddaughter, Ella Rose Tyler; brothers, Roy Darter Jr., Paul Darter, Don Darter and James Arthur Darter.

Survivors include her husband, Norman Morris; her children, Larry Nichols and wife Shirley, Linda Thomason and husband William, Ralph Myers and wife Regina, Ricky Morris of Tennessee, Toni Tackett and husband Butch, Susan Koop, Rhonda Strange and husband Scott and one sister, Joan Grimes and husband Joe Sr; eighteen grandchildren and twenty four great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Monday, November 27, 2017 at Cornwell chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Patrick Murphy officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, 4:00P.M. to 6:00P.M. at the chapel. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Larry Nichols, Charles Myers, Cameron Sutterfield, Casey Owen, Dillion Thomason, Chris Tyler, Dave Morris and Chance Owen.

Honorary Pallbearers will be all her grandchildren.
