Betty Jean Reynolds age 73 of Dardanelle passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 at her home. She was born December 24, 1947 in Palestine, Arkansas to the late Elbert Archie Hurst and Christian Dison-Hurst. She attended the Assembly of God Church in Delaware and she loved word searches, games, talking on the phone and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carry Reynolds Sr.; multiple siblings; great grandson, Matthew Jones; son-in-law, Jim Higgins and many other loved ones.

Survivors include her four children, Vickie Higgins of Dardanelle, Loretta Reynolds-Gafford (Allen) of Bentonville, Hamilton Reynolds of Tennessee, Darlene Stay of Russellville; siblings, Archie "Peanut" Hurst Jr. (Bobbie) of Dardanelle, Arley Hurst Sr. (Shirley) of Pottsville, Annie Cagle of Dardanelle, Kathy Lane (Floyd) of Dardanelle, Debbie Dunn (Leotis) of West Memphis, Teresia Spangler (Scott) of Mississippi, Linnie Yekley (Johnny) of Texas; her extended family, Michael Linzy of Dardanelle, Kathy Washington of Dardanelle, Brenda Miller of Texas, Becky Nance (Floco) of Dardanelle; she was "NANA" to her grandchildren and many others, Heather (Rick), Patience (Reuben), Logan "Chandler", Autumn (Jeremy), A.J., Madilyn; great grandchildren, Katelyn (Tony), Destiny, Paris, Eli, Charleigh, Dallas, Addilynn, Charlotte and great great grandchildren, her dumplins, Brantley and Oaklynn.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00P.M., Monday, February 8, 2021 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Rev. Bob Freeman officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, 1:00P.M. to 3:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service. Due to Covid Restrictions, masked are required to attend the service.
