Betty Lue Tygart age 83 of Danville passed away at home with her family by her side, Friday, February 5, 2021.

Betty was born April 14, 1937 in Booneville, Arkansas to the late Nazer & Clondy Rogers. She was a member of the Danville United Methodist Church, and she retired after 25 years as the manager of the Danville Bill's Dollar Store.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, infant son, David Tygart, and infant granddaughter, Rebecca Tygart.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years Robert "Bob" Tygart; daughter, Elizabeth & Ronnie Boyce of Danville; son, Vernon & Vicky Tygart of Brandon, MS.; grandchildren, Alexandrea & Trent; Kayla & Matt; Anthony & Brandy; Ben & Alicia; Mark & Deana; Joshua, Misha, and Matthew; great-grandchildren, Jason, Gavin, Maverick, Henry and Harvey; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 10:00 am Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Havana Cemetery with Rev. Tom Sullinger officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Tuesday February 9, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
