Beulah Tidwell Beulah Nancy Mary Varnell Tidwell, age 91 years and 12 days, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Oak Manor Nursing & Rehab in Booneville, AR. She was born March 5, 1921 at Paris, AR to Eddie and Lila Forelines Varnell. She was a member of Ranger Freewill Baptist Church. She had been a cook for Danville Public Schools for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fonzo Tidwell of 67 years, 1 son, Lloyd Tidwell, 2 great grandchildren, Rebecca and Jessie Forgay, 4 brothers, Elbert, Delbert, Albert and Frank Varnell, 5 sisters, Olivia Stewart, Nadine Frye, Sudie Mae Cook, Grace Law and Velta Varnell. Survivors include 2 daughters, Brenda Stroud of Dallas, TX and Norma Mott and husband, Glen, of Havana, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Ranger Free Will Baptist Church. Interment will be at Upper Spring Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home Arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home, Danville.
