Billie Allan Owens Billie Owens, age 57 of Atkins, passed away Friday, October 18, 2013 at Atkins Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born March 31, 1956 in Durango Colorado to the late Harold Newton & Delpha Avery Owens. He was a Navy Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Donald Owens & Jerry Owens. Survivors include sisters, Judy Owens of Centerville; Mary Baker of Tulsa, OK; brothers, Charles Owens of Danville; Johnny Owens of Russellville; 4 nephews and 1 great nephew and 3 great nieces. Visitation will be Friday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Cornwell's in Danville. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Centerville First Baptist Church with Rev. James Whitlock officiating. Burial will be at Havana Cemetery. Pallbearers include Marshall Baker, Jeremy Owens, Eric Baker, James Warren, Carl Warren and Jason Warren.
