Billy Jack Dortch, age 82 of Belleville, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023 at his home. He was born May 2, 1941 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to the late John Dortch and Elsie Prochazka Dortch. He loved to fish and watch western movies. He was a diligent worker his whole life and enjoyed joking around with people. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Judy Dortch.

Survivors include four children, Cheyenne Dortch, Bobby Dortch, Tracy Elshamy, Deana Rodriguez; two brothers, Victor Dortch, James Dortch; grandchildren, Shylo, Katie, Cody, Brandon and numerous other family members.
