Don Ford

Billy Don Ford age 78 of Dardanelle died Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock. He was born December 4, 1939 at Dardanelle to the late Helen Elizabeth Marple. He worked maintenance for the Arkansas Highway Department in Russellville and was a transport driver for Phil Wright Autoplex in Russellville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Loy Ray "Biggin" and Helen Foster; brothers, Lonnie Foster, Robert Foster and three sisters, Sally Lansdell, LaWanda David and Freda Kendrick.

Survivors include his children, Gary Ford of New Jersey, Billy Ford of New Jersey, Ryan Ford of New Jersey, Donnie Ford of Russellville, Karen Dickerson and husband Jason of Sherwood; stepchildren, Tammy Barthou of Missouri, Deana Mears of Oklahoma, David Mears of Arkansas; one brother, Larry Foster of Dardanelle; one sister, Verla Moyer and husband Harold of Mountainburg; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, September 28, 2018 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Mr. Eric Edens officiating. Burial will be in Ard Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service.
