Billy Joe Fowler, age 63 of Dardanelle, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Billy Joe was born on April 19, 1958, in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Johnny Fowler, Jr. and Mamie Fowler-Corder (Glen). For over 30 plus years, Billy Joe was an over the road truck driver and enjoyed traveling the US. He had the biggest heart and loved to help others any time he could. He is preceded in death by his sister Nina McKnight and his father Johnny Fowler, Jr.

Survivors include his lifetime partner of many years, Patricia Cooper of Dardanelle; two children, Samantha Fowler (Krista) of Dardanelle, and Amanda Yarbery (Dustin) of Havana; six siblings, Johnny Fowler (Mary) of Belleville, Junior Fowler of Centerville, Robert Fowler (Sherry) of Mt. George, Susan Emery of Russellville; Judy Lambert (Larry) of Aly, and Tammy Butler (John) of Atkins; five grandchildren, Khloi Turner, Mia Fowler, Malakai Fowler, Jaxxon Fowler, and Emma Yarbery; and a multitude of extended family members and loved ones.

A private memorial service and burial for immediate friends and family will be held at a later date.

Honorary pallbearers are Robert Fowler, Johnny Fowler, Junior Fowler, Justin Fowler, Lance Fowler, William Fowler, and Jaxxon Fowler.
