"Bill" Billy Ray Goines age 54 of Ola formerly of Fort Smith passed away February 9, 2012 at Chambers Memorial Hospital. He was born September 17, 1957 San Pedro, CA. to Fred D. & Myrtle Elois Solley Goines. Preceded in death by his son Justin Goines. Survivors include son Jeffrey Goines; parents Fred & Lois Goines; granddaughter Aaliyah Goines; sister Linda Orf; nephew Chris Orf; great nephew Christian Orf all of Fort Smith; God daughter Amy Fryday of Alma. Pallbearers include Bobby Joe Solley, Joey Solley, Dale Ray Ball, Bud Emery, Cleo Limone and Chris Orf. Honorary pallbearers include Terry Solley, Dalton Solley, Nathan Gibbs and Pledger Dale Ball. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Freedom Cemetery in Waldron with Bro Michael Ellis officiating.
