Billy Gene McClure Sr. age 80 of Dardanelle died Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born January 1, 1938 at Coolidge, Texas to the late Edward Gene and Margaret Bason McClure. He was of the Baptist Faith and was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

Survivors include his wife, Lena Lee McClure; children, Fred McClure, Billy McClure Jr. and wife Shelly, Phillip McClure and wife Brenda, John McClure and wife Lisa, Mike McClure; one stepson, Clyde Parks and wife Faye and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, February 16, 2018 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be held in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle.

His sons will serve as pallbearers.
