Billy Jene Ramsey age 63 of Russellville died Monday, January 21, 2019 at his home. He was born January 19, 1956 at Harrison, Arkansas to Floyd and Elene Harris Ramsey. He worked for Tompikins Construction and was preceded in death by his parents, Noal and Elene Manning.

Survivors include his children, Wendy Ramsey, Felicia Ramsey, Bill Ramsey Jr.; sixteen brothers and sisters; eleven grandchildren and close personal friends, Joseph Clayton, Tyler West and Kathleen Hicks.
