Billy Lafait Snider, age 77 of Atkins passed away Friday, December 3, 2021 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. He was born November 19, 1944 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to the late Alfred Levi Snider and Ida Mary Smith Snider. He was a United States Army Veteran of Foreign Wars. He served in the Vietnam War from 1965 to 1967. Billy was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Frances Gideon Snider; one brother, Carroll Snider; two sisters, Juanita Sims, Judy Sanders; one daughter, Angie Lee Snider Haston and one son, Billy Lafait Snider Jr.

Survivors include two children, Angelia Snider Edwards, Heather Snider Moudy; two sisters, Joyce Snider Le, Karen Snider Lee; grandchildren, Deborah Haston Middleton, James David Williams, Alexis Williams Agnew, Matthew Moudy, Jordan Myers Hill, August Moudy and great grandchildren, Lyttalia Williams and Shaddix Moudy.
