Billy Charles Turnbow age 83 of Hot Springs passed away April 18, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs.

Billy was born June 26, 1935 in Morris, Oklahoma to the late Charlie & Effie Dale Sessions Turnbow. He loved all sports especially horse racing and football.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Bobby Turnbow.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Shirley Burden Turnbow; sons, Stephen Turnbow (Teri) of Frisco, TX; Scott Turnbow (Marilyn) of Benton, AR; grandchildren, Lindsey Turnbow Dayer (Zack) of Conway; great-grandchildren, Charlee Grace and Peyton Scott Dayer both of Conway.

Graveside service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Earl Ladd Cemetery with Bro. Mark King officiating.
