Billy Joe Wesley, age 82, of Russellville died Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Russellville Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born January 19, 1936 at Dardanelle, Arkansas to the late Frank and Josephine Brabec Wesley. He was a member of the Pope County Cattlemen's Association, Knights of Columbus and a Teamster for over 40 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Frank Wesley Jr., one sister, Betty Tabyanan and an infant son, John Franklin.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Beth Wesley of Russellville, two sons, Bill Wesley and wife Shannon of Kingwood, Texas, Frank Wesley and wife Jennifer of Dardanelle, two sisters, Mary Hale and husband Bill of Sheridan, Joann Wilcox and husband Malcolm of Beach Bluff, Tennessee, his brother-in-law, Tab Tabyanan of Dardanelle, his good friend, Don Guess of Russellville, grandchildren, Morgan Wesley, Aria Ramirez and husband Edgar, Landon O'Bryant, Eli O'Bryant, one great grandchild on the way and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Monday, March 19, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Dardanelle. A Rosary will be held at 6:00P.M., Sunday, March 18, 2018 at the church and visitation will follow.

Pallbearers will be Vincent Prince, Wayne Stahl, Craig Verble, Jennings Gray, Harold Zimmer, Sam Cecil, and Ernie Berry.

Honorary Pallbearers will be The Father Joe Lauro Knights of Columbus Council 6398.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John Catholic School in Russellville.
