Billy Ray Wrinkle age 66 of Dardanelle died Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. He was born March 2, 1952 at Dumas, Arkansas to the late Arthur Leroy and Khaiton Rorie. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Agnes Hice.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca G. Wrinkle; his children, Kim Nanthlansy, Chrissy Troyke, Billy J. Wrinkle, Chris Wrinkle; brothers, James Wrinkle, Richard Wrinkle, Howard Wrinkle, Kenneth Wrinkle; one sister, Helen Shinn; twelve grandchildren and lots of close friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 1, 2019, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at Cornwell Chapel at the funeral home.
