Billye Thomas age 74 of Ola passed away Friday, January 17, 2025 at Mitchells Nursing Home.

beShe was born January 31, 1950 in Orange County, CA. to the late Bill & Evelyn Roney Snedeker.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Brownie Thomas; parents; son, Brownie Thomas Jr.; sister, Patricia Purshie.

Survivors include her children, Kim & Joe Hovis, Gala Sewell, Sean & Jamie Thomas, Tony & Jamie Thomas; Billy & Misty Thomas; daughter-in-law, Cathy Thomas; brother, Mike Snedeker; 29 grandchildren 38 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Monday, January 20, 2025 at Briggsville United Methodist Church with Rev. Don Walker officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 pm before service at the church. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Sean Thomas, Joshua Thomas, Tony Thomas,TStevie Thomas, Dakota Thomas and William Fowler.

Honorary pallbearers include Joe Hovis, Joseph Hovis, David Jackson, Mason Via and Devin Via.
