Bob Joe Duncan, formerly of Belleville, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, March 30th, 2025 at Baptist Medical Center in Conway, Arkansas.  He was born on July 24, 1937 to Robert and Mary Pierce Duncan.  He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Virginia Duncan Mayne, brothers Tim and Don Duncan, granddaughter Heather Duncan Woods, son Gary Noblett, and his wife of 27 years, Carol Caldwell Duncan. He is survived by his children Michelle Fowler (Jason), Chris Noblett (Rob), Stephen Duncan (Pattie), Mike Duncan, and Pam Duncan Whala (Bill), sister Charlotte Cacioppo (Jay), sisters-in-law Teresa Duncan and Jeanette Becvay, daughter-in-law Christina Noblett, grandchildren Jake Fowler (Alexie), Beth Lassiter, Bryce Robinson, Blake Harris (Kelby), Jessica Noblett (Henri), Cole Noblett, Brantly Noblett, Donnie Harris (Taylor),  Michael Johnson, Stephen Duncan Jr., Brittany Duncan, Billy Whala (Kenzi), Coleen Green (Ken), great-grandchildren Wylie, Kassidy, Oakley, Slaten, Reese, Scarlett, Olivia, Bella, Ryver, Madi, Bentley, Jace, Elijah, Braden, Peyton , Cody and Alistair,  a special niece-in-law, Mary Tinsley,  neighbor Othalene Inman, fur children Elsa and Evvie, and many more in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Bob was a farmer and carpenter.  He loved his dogs, watching basketball, farming shows on YouTube, riding his scooter, texting and reading before his vision gave him problems.

Visitation and graveside service will be 1:00 and 2:00, April 1, at Russell Cemetery in Belleville with brother Logan Ferguson.
