Bobby Neal Melton age 69 of Danville died Saturday, January 14, 2012 at his home. He was born August 3, 1942 at Briggsville to Arley and Jewel Spears Melton. He was a member of the Nola Church of Christ. He loved to BBQ, hunt, fish and most of all he loved his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Melton. Survivors include his daughter, Stacey Melton of Danville; two sisters, Nina Lofland of New Blaine, Barbara Lambert of New Blaine; one grandchild, Racheal Lewis of Danville; many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held 2:00P.M., Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Briggsville with Rev. Lacy Minnie officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the funeral home. Pallbearers: Billy Lofland Jr, Jesse Yates, James Metcalf, Nick Metcalf, William Smith, Dick Gililland.
