Bonita Louise Keys, age 81 of Dardanelle, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Dardanelle Regional Medical Center. She was born July 20, 1943 in Couley, North Dakota to the late Anna Margret Stomley. She was an amazing mom and grandmother. She taught her children and grandchildren the meaning of a servant's heart. She was a member of the Liberty Hall Methodist Church in Galla Rock and her most loved activities were helping out with her church. She took care of her grandchildren whenever possible. She served the Galla Rock Fire Department for over thirty-three years. Bonita was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Margaret Myer Stomley and her stepdad Lyle Brochmier.

Survivors include her husband of 66 years, James Varnell Keys; Her husband James is the son of the late Clarence and Eunice Keys of Dardanelle.  James and Bonita have five children, James Randy Keys his wife Charla Wesley Keys, Terry Lynn Keys Dortch, Linda Kay Keys Atkinson and her husband Terry Atkinson, Anita Carol Keys Witt her husband Mayor Jimmy Witt,  (Dusty) William Boyd Keys and his wife Jaime McDonald Keys; She has one sister, Karen Stomley Oberg and her late husband Rod Oberg; two brothers, Dan Stomley his wife Betty, and Jimmy Stomley and his wife Carla. Her grandchildren include the following, Victoria Cossey her husband Zac, ChrisKeys and his wife Sara, Anna Parsons and her husband Corey, Amber Morris and her husband Gary, Brittney Keys her future husband Austin, Parker Witt and his wife Leslie, Jesse Witt, Grayson Keys and his wife Abbey, Grant Keys. Her great grandchildren include, Michael Parsons, Lizzie Herford, Fletcher Witt, and one on the way.

at Galla Rock in Bonita's memory.
