Brenda Fowler

Brenda Carol Johnson Fowler age 54 of Dardanelle died Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at her home. She was born May 29, 1962 to the late Edward C. Johnson and Joyce Elaine Henderson Johnson. She was retired from the State Fair, started showing cattle at an early age at the County Fairs and through the years became more involved with the youth statewide. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant brother, Randy Edward Johnson; father and mother-in-law, Robert and Maxine Fowler and a brother-in-law, Wayne Fowler.

Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Tommy Fowler of Dardanelle; stepfather, Ernie Wickersham of Dardanelle; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Mary and David Fisher of Danville; Jan Huntley of Belleville, Ann and Jim Bryant of Kingston and several nephews, nieces, cousins and her beloved pets, Annie and Bella and many youth that she has instructed through the years.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Friday, August 12, 2016 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Jerry Turner officiating. Burial will be in Rushing Cemetery in Dover. Visitation will be held Thursday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the chapel.

Pallbearers will be Hunter Burnett, James R. McAlister, Brett Fowler, Shannon Young, Shane Young, Issac Talkington.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jasmine Matthews, Melvin Jackson Sr., Melvin Jackson Jr., James D. McAlister, Doug George, Tracy Henderson, Larry McAlister, Tom Spitler.
