Brenda Kaye Knight age 59 of Nimrod, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018 at St. Vincent in Morrilton.

She was born September 4, 1958 in Mt. Ida, Arkansas. She was a retired Activity Director at Perry County Nursing Home & Rehab. She attended the Perryville First Assembly Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Earl Essman; brother, Ronald Essman; fathers-in-law, & mother-in-law, Troy Knight and Bill & Ida Ann Dean.

Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Robert Knight; son & daughter-in-law, Jeremy & Amy Knight of Nimrod; daughter & son-in-law, Jennifer & Jimmy Garrett of Rover; nine siblings; grandchildren, Alex Brand, Elijah Victory, Hunter Knight, Ricky Bowerman, Crystal Christopher, Andrew Christopher, Colton Garrett and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 10 am Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Salem Cemetery with Bro. Scott Warren officiating.. Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Tuesday, May 1, at the funeral home.
