Broderick "Bro" Willis age 51 of Russellville passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019. He was born December 15, 1967 at Russellville to Robert and the late Helen Willis Thompson. He was an avid sports fan and loved playing, refereeing and umpiring. He umped softball and refereed basketball at the Boys and Girls Club in Russellville. He also started an adult flag football league with his team, Nuthin Nice. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Willis Thompson and his grandmothers, Hazel Ross and Bessie Thompson.

Survivors include his wife, Traci West-Willis of Russellville; Robert Thompson of Dardanelle; daughters, Ursula Green of Little Rock, AR, Mercedes Lewis of Fort Smith, AR, Chyra Parker of Memphis, TN; sons, Akiem Willis of Orlando, FL, Oscar Branly of West Helena, AR, Esteban West of Fort Smith, AR, Darrnell Willis of Tyler, TX; sisters, Jovanna Willis of Russellville, Arkansas, Tiffany Thompson of El Dorado, AR; brothers, Tyrone Willis of Russellville, AR, Marty Stewart of Russellville, AR, Dennis Thompson and wife Brenda of College Park, GA, Wayman James of Russellville, AR and grandchildren, Asia Green of Russellville, AR, Madison Branly of Little Rock, AR, Tytianna Lewis of Fort Smith, AR, Ava Lewis of Fort Smith, AR, Jace Parker of Memphis, TN, Kielin Willis of Memphis, TN, Jayden West of Dallas, TX and two aunts, Ellen Collins of Russellville, AR and Darlene Hendrix of Conway, AR.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, June 22, 2019 at the New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church in Russellville. Visitation will be held Friday, 4:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the church. Burial will be in Reed Cemetery in Russellville.
