Survivors include his parents, Charles "Chuck" Curtis of Coal Hill, Sharon Curtis of Dardanelle; two daughters, Erika Curtis of Dardanelle, Evelyn Curtis of Dardanelle; one brother, Jr. Curtis of Dardanelle and the mother of his children, Dioni Loeza.
