Bulah Montina Wise age 73 of Dardanelle passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born December 6, 1946 in Lepento, Arkansas to the late Robert Monroe Turnbough and Eller Lee Barnes Turnbough. She was a member of the Slaty Crossing Freewill Baptist Church and she loved arts and crafts and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Dallas Turnbough, Hubert Turnbough, Frankie Turnbough and two sisters, Jewell Clark, Ruby Clark and an infant sister, Helen Turnbough.

Survivors include two children, Tina Tanner and Billy Tanner of Pottsville, Ricky Wise and wife Belinda of Dardanelle; one sister, Paulette McVay and husband Ricky of Morrilton; four grandchildren, David Tanner and wife Amber, Joseph Tanner, Michael Wise and wife Robin Matthew Wise and four great grandchildren, Mason Tanner, Raidyn Tanner, Anna Tanner and Wyatt Tanner.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Pastor Randy Chronister officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at Cornwell Chapel. Burial will be in Petillo Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Wise, Michael Wise, Matthew Wise, David Tanner, Jimmy Hicks Jr., Rusty Hicks and Joseph Tanner, who cannot attend due to his service in the U.S. Navy.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Daniel Martin and Bob Howell.
