Carl Allen Rothecker age 56 of Russellville passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. He was born March 7, 1965 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Carl attended Russellville Christian Center. He was a member of the Millwrights local 216. Carl was a United States Air Force Veteran, where he served as law enforcement and a K9 handler. He enjoyed spending time outdoors with his beloved wife, Gina, of 15 years. He was most proud of his role as Pop-Pop to his 4 grandboys. He also enjoyed spending time on the water, whether it be casting a rod or relaxing in the sun. He will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Billy Ray Roberts.

Survivors include his wife, Gina Muncy Rothecker; his mother, Mary Roberts; three children, Deanna Pilkington (Luke), Jake Dunn (Rachel), Elyse Dunn; two sisters, Terry Rheuark, Toni Riedmueller (Allen); one brother, Guy Griffith and four grandboys, Connor, Tucker, Abram and Samuel.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, April 2, 2021 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle with Stacey Willcutt officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service.
