Carla Shields Carla Beth Shields age 59 of Russellville died Monday, August 24, 2015 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was born July 20, 1956 at Shawnee, Oklahoma to the late Lindell Brice and Elizabeth Abby Mallett Martin. She was a member of The Journey Church in Russellville, she loved to read and do arts and crafts. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, David Kenneth Shields; mother-in-law, Mary Matthews Shields; two brothers, Danny Martin and Randy Martin. Survivors include her husband, Jeff Shields of Russellville; one son, Ryan Shields and wife Jakki of Florida; two brothers, David Martin of Paris, Eric Martin and wife Michelle of Dardanelle and three grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, August 29, 2015 at The Journey Church in Russellville with Pastor Larry Pyle, Pastor Steven Pyle and Pastor Eric Martin officiating.
