Carmelita Hill age 85 of Russellville died Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at her home. She was born October 14, 1930 at Plainview to the late William Earsie and Ada Gurstal Skaggs Earwood. She was a member of the Russellville First Assembly of God Church, where she loved going to church and serving her Lord, playing dominos every Friday Night with the Domino Dollies, was very active in the Women's Ministry at the church and loved cooking for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husbands, Harrison Wood and Henry B. Hill; one son, Mark Hill; one granddaughter, Rachel Hill; one brother, Millard Earwood and one sister, Anna Stubbs.

Survivors include two sons, William Michael Wood of California, Gordon Allen Wood of California; two daughters, Pamela Diane Roberts of Rolling Hills Estate, California, Bridget Janan Whiteside of Loxley, Alabama, ; one brother, Johnny James Earwood of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; half sister, Madge Alverson of the Cardon Bottoms; eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Rev. Ronnie Morris officiating. Burial will be in Graves Cemetery in Delaware. Visitation will be held Saturday, 9:00A.M. to 10:00A.M. at the chapel prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Russellville First Assembly of God Church, 124 East G. Street, Russellville, Arkansas 72801.
