Carol Denise Carter age 51 of Belleville passed away Friday, November 15, 2024 at Chamber Memorial Hospital.

Carol was born November 12, 1973 in Russellville, Arkansas to Dencil A. & Joyce Pauline Hale Carter.

She was preceded in death by her father; and brother, Gary Carter.

Survivors include her mother, Polly Carter; brothers Lynn Carter; Steve Carter (Donna) of Belleville; Darrell Carter (Lydia) of Havana; sister Lisa Owens (Danny) of Plainview.

Funeral service will be Tuesday November 19, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Visitation will be from 9-10 AM prior to the service. Burial will be at Union Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Carter, Brent Carter, Jonathan Carter, Matthew Carter, and Andrew Owens.

Honorary Pallbearers are Cody Parsons, Brice Gunter and Brian Gomez.
