Carol Dowlene Duncan, 75, formerly of Belleville, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025 at Mitchell's Nursing Home in Danville, Arkansas.  She was born at home on September 10, 1949 in Belleville to Dow and Mary Lee Caldwell.  She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Anna Sue Flippin and Mary Louise Keck, brother Dale Caldwell, and son Gary Noblett. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Bob Duncan, children Michelle Fowler (Jason) and Chris Noblett (Rob), daughter-in-law Christina Noblett, grandchildren Jake Fowler (Alexie), Beth Lassiter, Bryce Robinson, Blake Harris (Kelby), Jessica Noblett (Henri), Cole Noblett, Brantly Noblett, Donnie Harris (Taylor), and Michael Johnson, great-grandchildren Wylie, Kassidy, Oakley, Slaten, Reese, Scarlett, Olivia, Bella, Ryver, Madi, Bentley, Jace and Elijah, a special niece, Mary Tinsley, nephew Wayne Walker (Becki), cousin Tommy Smith, her neighbor for more than 50 years, Othalene Inman, fur children Elsa and Evvie, and many more in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Carol graduated from Belleville High School and Capital City Business College. She was an accounting clerk at Wayne Farms for 45 years.  She was a wonderful pianist, cook, baker, and cake decorator and earned a blue belt in Taekwondo. She loved Dr. Pepper, Sno Balls, shopping and staying up all night to watch movies. She had numerous serious health issues throughout her life and her stubbornness served her well, giving us many more years with her than we would have had otherwise. Most of all, she was a wonderful mother, and loved and worried incessantly about her children.  She was a very private person, and was confident in her salvation through Jesus Christ.

Visitation will be Wednesday night, February 26th, from 5-7 at Cornwell Funeral Home in Danville and graveside service will be 2:00, February 27th, at Russell Cemetery in Belleville with brother Logan Ferguson.
