Carolyn Sue Crites age 70 of Gilkey Creek passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Chambers Memorial Hospital. She was born September 29, 1944 in Fredricktown, MO. to the late William & Mertle Elizabeth Miller Forsyth. Preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband James Hubert Crites; sons, Lincoln & Amy Crites of Seaford, Delaware; James Lindell Crites of Gilkey Creek; grandkids, Ashley Foster of Danville; Ashley Leighann Crites of Gilkey Creek; Audrey Haney of Plainview; great-grandchildren, Nathan Lane Foster; Riley Via; Alexia, Ryan & Dakota Arndt; brothers, William Forsyth of Kansas City MO.; Terry Forsyth of Kansas City, MO.; Larry Forsyth of St. Louis, MO.; and several nephews and nieces. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at New Bethel Cemetery with Josh Crites officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 11, at the funeral home.
