Carolyn Faye Dolph age 61 of Russellville died Friday, February 15, 2019 at Cornerstone Healthcare Goup in Little Rock. She was born July 30, 1957 at Vicksburg, Mississippi to the late James Herman and Ruth Orine Bozeman Fields. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Dardanelle and she loved working with children and was a foster parent to many of them. She was the Resident Counsel President at the Dardanelle Nursing Center. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Lavonne Simmons and a  great goddaughter, Nakia Pennington.

Survivors include her husband, Louie Dolph; six children, Brian Fields (Stephanie), Stephanie Dolph-Murphree (Stephanie), Julie Dolph, Shane Dolph, Shawn Dolph, Halle Dolph all of Russellville; one brother, Jimmy Fields (Joyce of Mississippi; four sisters, Pat Humphrey (Steve) of Belaire, Arkansas, Debbie Parker, Linda Rager (Becky) all of Russellville, Ann Leach (Ricky) of Ola; four grandchildren, Verronica Fields, Courtnee Linton, Avy Dolph, Ivy Murphree and one great grandchild, Laney Massagee.

Funeral services will be held 10:00A.M., Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at the Dardanelle Calvary Baptist Church with Bro. Mark Gower officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in New Bethel Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be The BOOZEFIGHTERS Chapter 55.
